    Annual Contractor/Realtor Gate Card

    Annual Fee $50

  • Contractors and Realtors who frequently provide services in Arrowhead can apply for an Annual Contractor Gate Card. These gate cards are valid only for the vehicle for which they are issued and are non-transferable.

    Contractor/Realtor Gate Cards must be renewed annually.
    All cards will expire on 12/31.

    Contractor Hours

    • Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    • Saturday: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    • NO Sundays
    • NO Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)

    Realtor Hours

    • Daily: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.

  • Contractor/Realtor Gate Cards are valid only for the vehicle for which they are issued and are non-transferable. If you have a fleet of vehicles, please register each one!

    If you do not already have a gate card, your request will be processed and you can pick up your gate card at the Welcome Center (Main Gate) on your next visit.

    If you have a gate card and provided us with the last 5 digits, it will be updated to provide you access through 12/31/26.

    Contractor/Realtor Gate Cards must be renewed annually. Your registration or renewal now will provide access through 12/31/2026.
