Standard processing time for resale certificate requests is up to ten (10) business days from the submission date, though processing may be completed sooner depending on workload.

Requests needed within seven (7) business days of closing date, will automatically incur an additional fee of $100.00.

Requests needed within two (2) business days of closing date, will automatically incur an additional fee of $200.00.

Addional fees may apply for multiple lots.

3% transaction fee is applied at the time of payment.

Debit cards are not accepted at this time, if used for payment, a 3% transaction fee will apply.
