To pay by check:
Step 1: Print this form and complete this form.
Step 2: Bring completed form and filled out check to the Welcome Center during business hours.
Step 3: Check payments can be dropped off in the Payment drop box.
Once payment is processed, you will be contacted that your Associate Member is renewed or new associate may pick up an ID. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing.
