    As stated in the STR Policy Rental Standards, "Homeowners will be responsible for all payments at time of registration" All agents/property managers need to be on file with ALCA. 

    Refer to the full STR policy for complete requirements and details. Please Note: Per Article IV under Renters in the Rules and Regulations Policy, members WILL be responsible for informing their renter(s) that they are subject to all Association Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of Arrowhead Lake Community Association, including that temporary membership identification MUST be in possession at any community amenity. Members WILL also be responsible for ALL fines levied against the renter(s) and/or their guests for violations of the Association Rules and Regulations. This rule is also noted in the STR Rental Policy under Rental Standards, number 5, that the renting homeowner IS responsible for ANY violations of the Rules and Regulations cause by their “temporary members” or their guests.

    This form will not permit you to submit any registrations less than one (1) day prior to arrival.

  • All rentals must be at least 2 nights, 3 days!

  • The STR form cannot be used for rental stays of 30 days or more.

  • Property Contact Information

    All contact information must be up to date with Member & Rental Services. All agents completing rental registrations must be designated by the property owner and on file with ALCA.

    # of occupants and vehicles should not exceed your Township & ALCA permit
  • Vehicle Information

  • It is required that each vehicle have a unique licensed driver associated with it. Gate access codes are valid for the vehicle for which they are registered and are non-transferable. Failure to purchase a gate access code per vehicle or any attempt to circumvent purchasing a gate access code in order for renter(s) to gain entry to ALCA shall be a violation of the STR policy. This includes guests of a renter.

    The following information is required for each vehicle:

    • Driver Name
    • Vehicle Year, Make and Model
    • State & License Plate

    Please communicate with your renter(s) after receiving their respective Access Passes to go to either the Main Gate/Orono Gate to scan the Access Passes in order to gain entry.

    Please do not choose "Rental" as a way to circumvent inputting all vehicle information! This is considered a "Failure to Comply" with the STR policy.

    Add-ons cannot be done same day, at check in or after.

  • Guest(s) of a Renter Information

    Guest(s) of a renter are NOT staying the full duration of the rental.
  • Each guest of a renter 6 years and older will be charged temporary membership amount per day and each vehicle will be assessed a gate access fee. Guests of renters must be registered and paid for using this form and will not be permitted access to the community if they are not properly registered.

    You will be required to provide the following information for each guest:

    • Guest Arrival & Departure Date
    • Guest Vehicle Driver Name
    • Guest Vehicle Details: Year, Make, Model, License Plate & State
    • # of Guest(s) 6 years & over in each Guest Vehicle
    • # of Guest(s) 6 years & UNDER for each Guest Vehicle

    Guest(s) of a Renter count towards your property's occupancy limit
