Upon submission of this form, you will be emailed payment vouchers to use if you mail a check. Payments can be made online at www.arrowheadlakepa.net/payments or in-person with Member Services at the Welcome Center. All credit card ALCA Assessment payments made online or in-person will incur a 2.5% surcharge. To avoid this, please mail a check or pay online via ACH bank account withdrawal.

Checks can be mailed directly to Fidelity Bank for assessment payments. Please include Lot-Block-Section in the memo or include remit slip.
